Dovetailing with our Performance Management System and Continuous Improvement Lifecycle, HVE has a formal documented complaint and resolution process. This document outlines the framework of how a complaint should be addressed and the steps that will be taken to resolve each one in an expeditious manner. Complaints regarding either services, a resource, an assessor or the organization are taken seriously by HVE. At no time will a complaint be left unaddressed. Each complaint is documented and formal steps to resolve are noted.
